Taking part in a six-week yoga program improved self-reported physical activity and sleep quality, and reduced fatigue among people with multiple sclerosis (MS), according to a new study from Turkey. In a randomized clinical trial (NCT06128668), researchers assessed the benefits of yoga sessions, compared to no intervention, in 60 people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS), the most common form of MS.
