Women often spend much of their lives caring for their families, building careers, supporting loved ones, and managing countless responsibilities. Somewhere along the way, their own health and well-being become the last priority.

Recognising this reality, Herbs of Gold and CARiNG Pharmacy have launched “She Deserves It”, a women’s wellness campaign that encourages women to prioritise themselves by embracing self-care, preventive wellness, and healthier lifestyle choices.

While self-care is often associated with moments of relaxation or indulgence, true self-care begins with looking after one’s physical and emotional health. Through “She Deserves It”, Herbs of Gold and CARiNG Pharmacy hope to shift the conversation beyond beauty, encouraging women to prioritise hormonal health, emotional well-being, stress management, healthy ageing, and preventive care. The campaign reinforces that caring for oneself is not a luxury; it is a necessity.

Since 1989, Herbs of Gold has been supporting health and wellness through premium-quality, science-backed nutritional and herbal formulations. With more than a decade of serving consumers in Southeast Asia, the brand has developed a deeper understanding of women’s evolving health needs through ongoing conversations with women and healthcare professionals.

These insights became the foundation of the “She Deserves It” campaign, reinforcing Herbs of Gold’s commitment to empowering women with trusted health information, wellness education, and science-backed wellness solutions.

“Many women spend so much of their lives caring for others that their own health often takes a back seat,” said Dr Koay Suat Ling, Senior General Manager – Product, Regulatory & Operations at Vita Life Sciences (Malaysia & Singapore). “Through ‘She Deserves It’, we hope to inspire women to make their health a priority and recognise that investing in their well-being is one of the most meaningful forms of self-care. When women take care of themselves, they are better equipped to thrive in every aspect of their lives.”

As a trusted Australian health supplement brand, Herbs of Gold provides premium-quality, science-backed wellness solutions that support women through every stage of life. From hormonal balance and intimate wellness to healthy ageing, energy, and overall vitality, the brand combines evidence-based nutrition with carefully selected ingredients, including inositol, Pueraria mirifica, magnesium, cranberry, and NMN, to help women make informed choices and take a proactive approach to their well-being.

“Our collaboration with Herbs of Gold reflects CARiNG Pharmacy’s commitment to empowering women with accessible, trusted, and evidence-based wellness solutions. Through the She Deserves It campaign, we aim to create greater awareness around women’s health and encourage women to take meaningful steps towards better wellbeing, supported by professional pharmacy care and quality health products,” said Tay Li Yen, the Business Unit Director – Health & Rehab, BIG CARiNG Group.

“Together, Herbs of Gold and CARiNG Pharmacy aim to make women’s wellness more accessible by providing trusted health information, wellness education, and practical support that empower women to make informed decisions about their health.”

To mark the launch of the campaign, Herbs of Gold and CARiNG Pharmacy hosted “She Deserves It: Yoga in Nature,” bringing together more than 100 women for a rejuvenating morning surrounded by nature. The launch event reflected the campaign’s purpose of encouraging women to pause, reconnect with themselves, and make their well-being a priority.

Set amidst lush greenery, participants experienced mindful movement through yoga, alongside wellness sharing sessions and meaningful conversations centred on women’s health.

More than just a wellness event, the gathering reinforced the campaign’s core message that when women prioritise their own health and well-being, they are better equipped to care for the people who matter most. Through movement, connection, and shared experiences, participants were reminded that self-care is not selfish, but an essential investment in living healthier, happier lives.

“She Deserves It” marks the beginning of an ongoing commitment by Herbs of Gold and CARiNG Pharmacy to champion women’s wellness through trusted health information, wellness education, and accessible support. Together, the two organisations hope to empower more women to prioritise their health, embrace preventive wellness, and build healthier habits, because every woman deserves to feel her best, inside and out.
