Set amidst lush greenery, participants experienced mindful movement through yoga, alongside wellness sharing sessions and meaningful conversations centred on women’s health.

Through movement, connection, and shared experiences, participants were reminded that self-care is not selfish, but an essential investment in living healthier, happier lives.
