LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL – March 4, 2026: WorkCompCollege.com, a service of Workers’ Compensation Educational Services, LLC, today announced a strategic partnership with the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA) focused on advancing the professional development of independent adjusters nationwide.

Under the agreement, NAIIA, an IRS approved 501 (c)(6), will provide its members with discounted access to WorkCompCollege.com’s curriculum along with other educational initiatives. The collaboration directly aligns with NAIIA’s commitment to supporting independent adjusters and WorkCompCollege.com’s mission of delivering practical instruction and improving outcomes in the claims process.

Through this partnership, NAIIA members gain expanded access to advanced training in claims and medical management, regulatory compliance, ethical behavior, a purpose-driven service mindset, emerging technology, and leadership. This education is designed to sharpen decision-making, enhance communication skills to optimize outcomes for employers and injured workers, and elevate professional credibility.

“NAIIA exists to strengthen market placement of and advocate for independent adjusters,” said Michael Marsh, President-Elect of NAIIA. “Partnering with WorkCompCollege.com allows us to provide meaningful education for our workers’ compensation members and those which handle other bodily injury type claims. This enhances our members’ expertise and reinforces the standards demanded by our Association and the profession.”

For WorkCompCollege.com, the collaboration deepens engagement with one of the most influential communities in the claims industry.

“Independent adjusters often handle complex and high stakes claims. Making the transition into workers’ compensation can be daunting for both their workers’ compensation claims handling members as well as others expanding into the injury claims area,” said Robert Wilson, President of WorkCompCollege.com. “NAIIA’s advocacy combined with our broad and deep curriculum creates a powerful platform for advancing the adjuster profession.”

Together, the organizations are reinforcing shared beliefs. When adjusters grow in knowledge and influence, the entire workers’ compensation system becomes stronger.
