    We now have some official numbers after the 2026 COLA went into effect.

    Social Security recipients just got a 2.8% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for 2026, and we’ve just received new data from the Social Security Administration. In this video, I’ll break down the average Social Security benefits in 2026 for different types of beneficiaries.
