A month long effort to engage the conveyancer profession in staff wellbeing and mental health awareness initiatives is to be launched by the Conveyancing Foundation.
The charity says it is bringing workplace wellbeing into focus throughout October through Wellbeing at Work Month 2026; a month long campaign to start conversations, challenge thinking and share practical ideas for creating healthier, happier workplaces.
Throughout October there is the opportunity to take part in a range of activities and resources, including TED-style talks from the Foundation’s charity partners, and practical insights and best practice.
As part of efforts to continue to learn more about the wellbeing of conveyancing professionals, the Wellbeing at Work Excellence Survey is launching on 5th October, the output of which will help benchmark workplace wellbeing across the property industry, identify current practices, explore what excellent workplace wellbeing looks like and contribute towards establishing industry-wide best practice.
All entries into the survey will be eligible for one of three prizes: £500 cash, a luxury one-night spa break for two, and a Fortnum & Mason luxury hamper.
In partnership with Today’s Media the Conveyancing Foundation is delivering a Mental Health Champion Course led by mental health trainer Sharron Moffatt (MHFA/ACSM). The interactive four-hour online course is designed to give property professionals the practical skills and confidence to recognise signs of mental health difficulties, start conversations and offer support within the workplace. The next course takes place on 17 November 2026. Spaces can be booked via the Conveyancing Foundation website.
Following the success of the quiz hosted during National Conveyancing Month earlier this year, popular podcast Bricks and Banter returns to host The Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off on 21st October with registration open now.
Businesses and individuals wanting to show their support for Wellbeing at Work Month can access a free digital supporter pack, containing ready-to-use social media assets and logos to help organisations demonstrate their support and encourage conversations around workplace wellbeing.
The Conveyancing Foundation also expresses its thanks to its Charity Partners, without whom Wellbeing at Work Month would not be possible: Landmark, tmGroup, Cashroom, InfoTrack, CLC Groundsure, The Society Of Licensed Conveyancers, The Negotiator, PEXA, Miller Insurance, Checkboard, The Conveyancing Awards Law Care, The ESTAS, Convey 365, Convey Law, Sort Legal, Today’s Media, Bold Legal Group, Morale Solutions, Inside Conveyancing and Orion Legal Marketing.
