WCI is one of the workers’ compensation industry’s premier educational events, bringing together employers, carriers, third-party administrators, healthcare professionals, and service providers to explore the trends, challenges, and innovations shaping the future of workers’ compensation and workplace safety.
This year’s conference comes as organizations continue to balance rising claim costs, evolving workforce expectations, growing demands for employee engagement, and rapid advances in technology. Together, these sessions offer practical approaches for strengthening return-to-work programs, improving communication and collaboration among stakeholders, building trust with injured workers, and creating positive experiences that support recovery and engagement.
Abby Torres, Director of Information Technology at ReEmployAbility, will lead a fourth session on one of the industry’s most talked-about technologies: artificial intelligence. The session will examine the differences between personal productivity tools and enterprise AI solutions, helping organizations weigh security, compliance, scalability, operational risk, and long-term return on investment.
