Supermodel Cindy Crawford recently shared her extensive morning routine on social media to maintain her physical appearance, drawing harsh criticism from fans.

Crawford, 60, shared an Instagram reel with a montage of self-care steps captioned, “I love my morning routine— sets me up to have a great day!”

The routine began at 6 a.m. with dry brushing, skincare, and a red-light face device, followed by an apple cider vinegar shot at 7 a.m. and a naked dip in the hot tub. She then has collagen coffee, answers some emails, and attends a private Pilates session.

The video documented around 2.5 hours of self-care, with comments ranging from supportive compliments to remarks about how unrealistic the morning is for most women.

“Must be nice to not have anything to do for 2 1/2 hours but take care of yourself. Most working women don’t have this kind of time,” one commenter wrote.

“A rich, rich girl in a rich, rich world,” another read, while several called the post “tone deaf.”
