    About WRMC

Workers’ Compensation, Risk, Managed Care & Claims (WRMC) is a nonprofit dedicated to
preparing the next generation of professionals for meaningful careers in the insurance and claims
industry. Our mission is simple yet powerful, to bridge the gap between education and opportunity
through mentorship, access, and real-world exposure.

Through structured mentorship programs, WRMC connects high school seniors and first year
college students with industry professionals who guide, educate, and inspire them to explore
careers in claims, underwriting, risk management, and manage care services.

    Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

Your sponsorship fuels mentorship and development, not just events. Each contribution directly
supports Lunch & Learn mentorship sessions, career pathway workshops, and group outings that
bring students face-to-face with working professionals.

    Sponsorship Tiers

    Mentorship Partner – $2,500

Sponsors one quarterly Lunch & Learn for a graduating class of high school senior students.

    Education Champion – $5,000

Sponsors support one group mentorship outing (e.g., corporate tour or interactive job shadowing
event) and two Lunch & Learn session. Students who participate in the WRMC Cohort will be
provided course materials and achievement-based giveaway incentives for program participants.

    Future Builder – $10,000

As a Future Builder, your organization has exclusive Talent Pipeline Access and can select a
geographical target market to focus on talent development.

Sponsors gain primary priority access to a vetted pool of emerging talent through our nonprofit
development pipeline — with the added flexibility to co-design a customized program that aligns
directly with your organization’s specific workforce and skill needs.

    Why Partner With WRMC?

We Build Talent Pipelines: We help students from underrepresented communities’ access and
pursue meaningful insurance, claims and risk careers.

Promote Equity & Inclusion: Support educational access for students across diverse economic,
    cultural, and geographic backgrounds.

Visibility & Engagement: Sponsors will be prominently highlighted in WRMC communications,
mentorship materials, and industry partner acknowledgments.

    WRMC Leadership Council

The WRMC Leadership Council is made up of corporate partners, educators, and industry
influencers who share one belief, that talent should have access to opportunity, no matter their
    background.

As a sponsor, you are not just funding a program, you are shaping the future workforce. Our council
members serve as thought leaders, mentors, and champions for equitable pathways into insurance
    and risk management careers.

    Council members receive:

Invitations to quarterly roundtables with WRMC leadership and industry partners

Opportunities to co-host or present at student mentorship sessions

Recognition as a founding partner in WRMC’s annual impact report

Your voice, experience, and network can help redefine how students see themselves in this
    industry.

    Join Us in Empowering Futures

When you support WRMC, you are not just sponsoring an event, you are investing in lives,
futures, and the next generation of professionals who will shape the landscape of workers’
    compensation, claims, and risk management.

Together, we can build mentorship pipelines that lead directly to opportunity.
