New analysis reveals that millions of UK employees are struggling with their own mental health due to those around them exhibiting stress, depression, or anxiety. The research* found that 964,000 workers in the UK reported themselves to be suffering from stress caused or made worse by work. Kenyan smallholders are celebrating healthier soils and soaring harvests following a regenerative agriculture drive led by Farm Africa. The charity’s STRAK project – Strengthening Regenerative Agriculture in Kenya – aims to boost rural livelihoods and improve climate resilience, and has supported 60,000 farmers since 2017.
