    Kids’ Chance of California Announces 2026–2027 Board of Directors

    San Diego, CA — Kids’ Chance of California (KCCA), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides educational scholarships to the children of California workers who have been seriously or fatally injured on the job, is pleased to announce its Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term. The incoming leadership reflects KCCA’s continued commitment to expanding educational opportunities and supporting the long-term success of the students it serves. 

    The 2026–2027 Board brings together a diverse group of professionals from inside and outside of the workers’ compensation community who share a passion for service, governance excellence, and student success. Their collective experience and dedication will help guide KCCA’s mission, expand scholarship impact, and strengthen partnerships statewide.

    • Amy Hanson, Immediate Past President 
    • Lisa Paroly, Treasurer 
    • Micheal Rydman, Secretary 
    • Jennifer McCaw, Vice President of Volunteers 
    • Leslie Dilbeck, Vice President of Scholarships 
    • David Lupinsky, Vice President of Sponsorships 
    • Robin West, Vice President of Conferences and Events 
    • Morgan McCutchen, Director-at-Large 
    • Annie Pomer, Director-at-Large 

    “We are grateful for the enthusiasm, dedication, and volunteer spirit of our incoming Board members, who have stepped forward with a genuine desire to serve and advance the mission of Kids’ Chance of California. Their experience, energy, and commitment will be instrumental as we continue to raise funds and expand awareness of our charity, ensuring we can grow our scholarship programs and support more students in their pursuit of higher education” said Lynda Stettler, President.  

    Kids’ Chance of California also extends sincere appreciation to outgoing Board members for their time, leadership, and dedication to the organization’s mission.

    Founded in 2012, Kids’ Chance of California is part of the national Kids’ Chance network. Its mission is to provide need-based educational scholarships to children of California workers who have been fatally or severely injured on the job. Through partnerships with industry leaders, community supporters, and volunteers, KCCA empowers students to pursue higher education and vocational training.
