    As the days get longer and the weather gets warmer, summer time offers a natural opportunity to reset and recharge. While for some, the season is often associated with fun and relaxation, for others it means increased working hours, extra consideration of the weather and busy, bustling streets. Small, daily habits can help make a big difference in improving overall mental health and well-being.

    Get Outside Daily: Spending time outdoors and in the sunlight can help improve mood and increase energy. Even a short walk, sitting in a park or reading outside during your lunch break can reduce stress and boost emotional positivity. If the heat is concerning, consider stepping outside earlier in the morning or during the evening hours as the sun is setting.
