Conscious Coaching Collective
Conscious Coaching Collective, PLLC offers a body-aware, trauma-informed approach to healing – held with the care of a nurse and the honesty of someone who has walked the same road home.
DURHAM, NC / ACCESS Newswire / June 1, 2026 / Carrie Davidson, BSN, RN, has officially launched Conscious Coaching Collective, PLLC – a private, application-based coaching practice offering 1:1 trauma recovery coaching for individuals living with CPTSD, complex trauma, and the deeply familiar experience of understanding their patterns in their minds but being unable to stop them in their lives.
Davidson brings a rare intersection of professional credential and lived experience to her work. As a registered nurse with a background in public health and community health education – and 15 years of her own personal healing journey through trauma and addiction recovery – she built her practice around the clients who have often tried everything: the books, the talk therapy, the self-help frameworks. The ones still asking, why does the same thing keep happening to me?
“The work is not to be fixed. The work is to be witnessed long enough that you can finally witness yourself.”
The coaching model centers the nervous system, the body, and slow, sustainable change. It is explicitly positioned as a companion to therapy – not a replacement for it – offering a more spacious, body-aware container for the healing work that happens between sessions and beyond the therapy room.
Spots are limited and open quarterly by application. Each engagement includes a 75-minute intake call, six 60-minute private sessions, between-session voice-note support, a custom nervous-system practice library, and gentle written reflections after each session.
What each coaching engagement includes

Six 60-minute private sessions
Between-session voice-note support
A custom nervous-system practice library
Gentle, written reflections after each session
Davidson’s original framework, the Conscious Creation Method – a five-stage process of Witness, Understand, Interrupt, Create, and Sustain – guides the coaching work, offering clients a structured but flexible path from pattern recognition to embodied, lasting change.
In addition to her coaching practice, Davidson is a memoir author and wellness educator. Her forthcoming book, Addicted to Trauma: A Memoir of CPTSD, Addiction, and Taking My Life Back, is currently in the query process with literary agents and has an early-reader waitlist open at carriepdavidson.com. She also produces free resources for the broader healing community, including The Trauma Tree Worksheet, a 19-page guided reflection tool, and a weekly Sunday letter on CPTSD and recovery.
Applications for the next available coaching cohort are open now at carriepdavidson.com/coaching.
