ASICS has published the ASICS Well-being Report 2026 on its corporate website. The report highlights the Companys progress toward various employee health goals, as well as its latest health and well-being initiatives.
As a company committed to supporting the health of people around the world and creating valuable products and services, ASICS considers the physical and mental well-being of its employees to be one of its highest priorities. The Company believes that promoting health and well-being management directly strengthens human capital, and that supporting employee health and engagement contributes to enhancing corporate value.
As part of this commitment, ASICS has published the report annually since 2018.
In fiscal 2025, under the policy of improving and embedding health literacy among each and every employee, ASICS promoted initiatives in five priority areas:
- Enhancing health management and promotion systems
- Supporting improved health literacy
- Supporting healthier lifestyle habits
- Strengthening mental health support
- Creating a workplace where diverse talent can thrive
Through these initiatives, ASICS aimed to enable employees to embody Sound Mind, Sound Body in their own lives.
As a result, the percentage of employees with high health literacy increased. The Company also identified a tendency for employees with higher health literacy to report higher levels of work performance. In addition, programs focusing on sleep and sports events encouraged employees to take a more proactive approach to their own health.
In recognition of these initiatives, ASICS was selected for the first time in four years as a White 500 company under the 2026 Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program in the large enterprise category, jointly administered by Japans Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. The White 500 designation is awarded to the top 500 companies in the category.
