Return-to-work leader supports survivors of domestic violence during Domestic Violence Awareness Month
BRANDON, Fla. (October 1, 2026): ReEmployAbility, the nation’s largest provider of early return-to-work services, will serve as a Courage Sponsor of The Spring of Tampa Bay’s 36th Annual Mabel H. Bexley Gift of Peace Lunch. The event takes place Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Armature Works in Tampa.
Held each year during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the lunch brings together business leaders, advocates, volunteers, and supporters. Together, they raise awareness of domestic violence and honor the people and organizations helping survivors and their families build safer futures across Tampa Bay.
“Strong communities are built when people come together to support one another, especially during life’s most difficult moments,” said Debra Livingston, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ReEmployAbility. “The Spring of Tampa Bay provides more than safety for survivors of domestic violence and their children. They provide hope, dignity, and the opportunity to build a new path forward. We are proud to support an organization that creates such meaningful impact throughout our community, and we are honored to stand alongside others who are committed to making a difference.”
ReEmployAbility’s commitment goes beyond sponsorship. Livingston serves on The Spring’s Executive Board, where she helps advance the organization’s mission and advocates for programs that give survivors safety, stability, and long-term support.
The partnership also reflects ReEmployAbility’s own mission: connecting people to a greater purpose so they can have a better life. The company believes people facing life’s hardest challenges deserve the support, resources, and opportunity to move forward.
