Tangerang, IO – Guardian Indonesia is once again reaffirming its commitment to supporting healthy lifestyles and self-care among young Indonesians through its annual Guardian Wellness Journey Goes to Campus program. The initiative is a regular Guardian Indonesia campaign supported by a curated selection of leading beauty and health brands. In 2026, the program is expanding its reach by visiting eight universities across DKI Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung, Central Java, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya, with the program targeting approximately 24,000 university students through a series of educational and interactive activities focused on health, beauty, and self-care.

This strategic initiative brings Guardian closer to young people amid growing awareness of self-care among the younger generation. According to McKinsey & Company’s Future of Wellness report, Generation Zero is now a key driver of the wellness market, accounting for 41% of total spending on health and self-care.

According to Guardian Indonesia Managing Director Bhavin Patel, Guardian has this year established partnerships with at least seven universities across several cities on the island of Java. “We have received tremendous enthusiasm from our university partners to bring this campaign to their campuses. This reflects the growing need for and awareness among educators of the importance of self-care education for university students. We hope Guardian’s presence will not only serve as an opportunity to introduce products, but also as a platform to educate students on how to care for themselves from the inside out, helping them stay fit and productive as they pursue their dreams,” said Bhavin during the opening session of Guardian Wellness Journey Goes to Campus at BINUS Alam Sutera.

During the talk show session, Guardian explained how the series of activities has been specially curated to address the unique dynamics of student life. “We understand that students have very specific needs. At this stage of life, there is a shift from simply focusing on aesthetic beauty toward mindful wellness as young people mature. Amid academic pressure and the risk of burnout, Guardian encourages students to maintain their stamina through quality supplements and vitamins, as well as adequate rest. After all, a true glow-up does not come solely from makeup; it is also reflected in a healthy and energized body,” said Bhavin.

Campus Director BINUS Alam Sutera Prof. Dr. Lim Sanny S.T., M.M., also welcomed the initiative, which brings greater attention to students’ physical and mental well-being within the campus environment. “As an educational institution, our focus extends beyond academic achievement to the overall well-being of our students. As a Creative Business Campus, BINUS @Alam Sutera promotes students to always develop creativity, innovation, and business capability, which certainly needs to be supported with a balance between physical and mental health. We greatly appreciate Guardian’s tangible commitment to addressing both the physical and mental health of young people. The education and facilities provided on campus serve as valuable resources for students to maintain balance in their lives amid the challenges of university life,” he said.

Through Guardian Wellness Journey Goes to Campus, Guardian hopes to continue serving as a trusted partner for young people as they strive to become the best versions of themselves. The program is also supported by a lineup of brands popular among university students, including Glad2Glow, Azarine, Blackmores, Emina, Bodibreeze, Carasun, Next Prime Men, Ariul, and In The Mood For.

Throughout the event, students can take part in a variety of interactive activities, including the Hair and Touch-Up Zone, Scalp & Skin Analysis, free health consultations and check-ups with Guardian pharmacists, Photobooth, as well as Talk Shows and Workshops. (eka)
