    The Case Manager

How do you describe yourself? Many of us downplay our strengths because we don’t want to seem like we are superior. I wanted to keep this post short, so my message to nurse case managers is when someone asks you who you are or what you do use powerful words in describing yourself and your role. Own who you are and what you do. Don’t be afraid to toot your own horn about your accomplishments. You made them happen and deserve the credit. Learn to use powerful words!
