Complimentary live webinar · Brigham & Associates, Inc. in partnership with Wisedocs

    Overview

AI is already reshaping medicolegal practice, but much of what’s marketed to physicians is either overhyped or quietly risky. The evaluators thriving right now aren’t replacing expertise with AI — they’re using it as a force multiplier on a foundation rigorous enough to survive cross-examination. This one-hour session is demonstration-driven and candid about the limits: what AI can genuinely deliver in an independent medical evaluation today, and where human judgment remains non-negotiable.

    Presenters

What Attendees Will See and Learn

    • What AI can and can’t do reliably in medical record analysis, and why large language models alone fall short where accuracy, transparency, and defensibility are paramount
    • A walk-through of the AI-enabled IME workflow: structured record summary and chronology, an AI-based patient interview, and physician-supervised analysis and report drafting
    • How adaptive, structured interviews conducted before the encounter give the evaluator a richer and more consistent history
    • How combining record summaries, interview data, referral materials, and prior reports produces evaluations that are both faster and better supported
    • Practical implementation guidance: where AI delivers immediate value, common mistakes, and the governance and quality controls every practice needs
