MAD World Summit 2026: where the future of workplace well-being takes centre stage

From AI and financial well-being to leadership, inclusion and sustainable performance, the challenges facing today’s employers are more complex than ever. As workplace expectations continue to evolve, organisations are looking beyond well-being initiatives and asking a bigger question: how do we build cultures where people and businesses can thrive together?

These are the conversations taking centre stage at the MAD World Summit 2026, the UK’s leading event dedicated to workplace culture, health and well-being.

Now entering an exciting new chapter under the ownership of PMGroup Worldwide Ltd, the summit continues to bring together senior leaders from HR, Benefits, Occupational Health, Learning & Development, DE&I, Communications and the wider business community for a day of practical insight, collaboration and shared learning.

Returning to the heart of London at Convene, 155 Bishopsgate, the MAD World Summit 2026 builds on the momentum of last year’s hugely successful event. Widely praised by attendees for its exceptional setting, seamless experience and vibrant atmosphere, the venue once again provides the ideal backdrop for meaningful discussion and connection. Taking place on Thursday 26 November 2026, this year’s summit promises to deliver another stand-out gathering for forward-thinking employers committed to shaping the future of workplace well-being.

Chaired by Dr Amrit Singh, the programme explores the biggest issues shaping today’s workplace, beginning with a data-driven look at the realities organisations are facing in 2026, before examining why well-being has become a business strategy rather than simply an employee benefit.

Among this year’s headline speakers is Dame Carol Black, whose pioneering work has helped shape the UK’s approach to workplace health, alongside digital well-being expert Petra Velzeboer, who will explore the impact of AI, constant connectivity and technology on human performance. Other speakers include Simon Blake OBE, CEO of Stonewall, Susan Gee, Head of Occupational Health & Well-being at Yorkshire Water Services, Lauren Lunniss of BNP Paribas, Jamie Broadley from Serco Group and Rosie Ellis from Aon, bringing together perspectives from across business, healthcare and public policy.

The programme balances strategic leadership discussions with practical workshops covering burnout prevention, financial well-being, psychosocial risk, men’s mental health, neurodiversity, early careers, line manager capability, and supporting frontline and shift-based workforces. Throughout the day, delegates will hear real-world case studies, take part in facilitated discussions and leave with practical ideas they can apply within their own organisations.

Networking also plays a central role, with a hosted breakfast, exhibition, one-to-one meetings and an evening reception creating opportunities to connect with peers, industry experts and leading solution providers.

As organisations continue to navigate rapid workplace change, the MAD World Summit remains focused on one clear objective: helping leaders turn conversation into meaningful action. Whether delegates are developing a new well-being strategy or strengthening an existing one, the event offers the evidence, inspiration and connections needed to create healthier, more resilient workplaces.
