Social Security beneficiaries to receive electronic payments

While most Social Security beneficiaries already receive electronic payments, those still receiving paper checks will have to make changes. Recipients can enroll in direct deposit, or those without a traditional bank account can receive benefits through a Direct Express prepaid debit card.
