    Art Exhibit Kicks Off Mental Health Awareness Talk

    Art Exhibit Kicks Off Mental Health Awareness Talk

This program is supported in part by a grant from the Haverhill Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.

    To celebrate national Mental Health Awareness Month, Vinfen’s Haverhill Clubhouse is presenting an art exhibit with works by members followed by an informational reception.

    The exhibit opens Tuesday, May 26, and culminates in a Mental Health Awareness reception Friday, May 29, from 1-4 p.m., at the museum, 240 Water St., Haverhill.

    Joanna Forna, a member of the board of the Haverhill Clubhouse, is the keynote speaker. Club members Jo Ann Sibert and Christina Coleman-Kumis will speak about their recovery and experiences as members of the Clubhouse. Light refreshments will be served.

    The art exhibit and reception is free and open to the public. Those planning to attend the reception are asked to reserve by calling Julia Morison at 978-521-6957 or emailing her at [email protected].
