The lifelong neurodevelopmental condition affects a person’s daily chores, communication, interactions, and perception of the world. As awareness continues to grow globally, this year, World Autism Awareness Day brings a fresh perspective on breaking stereotypes, promoting early diagnosis, and ensuring equal opportunities. Here’s everything you need to know about its date, theme, history, and significance.
