HR for Health and Dental Leadership Summit launch partnership to advance oral cancer awareness, including $10 donation per registration to support the mission.

Saving Face is doing incredibly important work to bring attention to oral cancer and empower dental professionals to be on the front lines of early detection.”

    — Ralf Tomandl, CEO of HR for Health & Co-Founder of Dental Leadership Summit

WALNUT CREEK, CA, UNITED STATES, April 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — HR for Health, the leading HR compliance and workforce management platform for healthcare practices, announced that Saving Face, a nonprofit organization dedicated to oral cancer awareness and prevention, has been selected as the 2026 Humanitarian Award recipient at this year’s Dental Leadership Summit, happening September 16-18, 2026, in Austin, Texas.

The announcement coincides with April’s designation as Oral Cancer Awareness Month, a national initiative aimed at increasing public understanding of oral cancer risks and the critical importance of early detection.

As part of the partnership, the Dental Leadership Summit will donate $10 to Saving Face for every new Summit registration, helping support the nonprofit’s mission to expand oral cancer education and screening awareness across the dental profession.

Saving Face works with dental professionals, organizations, and industry partners to promote oral cancer awareness, early detection, and patient education. Through its programs and resources available at https://www.savingface.org, the organization provides tools for dental teams, outreach initiatives, and awareness campaigns designed to improve screening rates and save lives.

The nonprofit is led by Executive Director Amber Young, a longtime advocate for oral cancer awareness within the dental community.

“Saving Face is doing incredibly important work to bring attention to oral cancer and empower dental professionals to be on the front lines of early detection,” said Ralf Tomandl, Chief Operating Officer at HR for Health and Co-Founder of the Dental Leadership Summit. “Recognizing them as our 2026 Humanitarian Award recipient and supporting their mission through Summit registrations is a meaningful way for our community to rally behind a cause that directly impacts patient health.”

The Humanitarian Award, presented annually at the Dental Leadership Summit, recognizes individuals and organizations that have made a significant impact on the dental profession and public health.

Saving Face leadership welcomed the recognition and the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders attending the Summit.

“We are honored to receive the 2026 Humanitarian Award from the Dental Leadership Summit,” said Amber Young, Executive Director of Saving Face. “Oral cancer awareness and early detection can save lives. Partnerships like this allow us to expand education, increase screenings, and engage the dental community in meaningful ways that ultimately improve patient outcomes.”

The Dental Leadership Summit brings together leading executives, innovators, and decision-makers from across dentistry, including DSOs, dental technology companies, practice owners, and industry leaders. The event focuses on the future of dental leadership, innovation, and collaboration within the profession.

In addition to the registration-based donations, the Summit will explore additional fundraising and awareness opportunities during the event, further supporting Saving Face’s initiatives and its mission to advance oral cancer prevention and education.
