Fred Rogers’ legacy continues to live on.

About 25 years after the final episode of “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” aired, and 23 years since Rogers himself passed away, his iconic show is getting a new home.

Fred Rogers Productions and Little Dot Studios are bringing “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” to a dedicated YouTube channel this summer.

While the show has been available to watch via cable reruns on PBS, Pluto TV, and a selection of episodes on PBS Kids and Amazon Prime Video, this is the first time the show will have its own dedicated home on YouTube. Here, viewers can watch select episodes — and new, original shorts, clips, and compilations — for free.

Fred Rogers Productions and Little Dot Studios hope it will make Rogers’ mission of kindness more accessible for adults and children alike.

“Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood continues to inspire viewers young and old across four generations,” Paul Siefken, president and CEO of Fred Rogers Productions, said in a statement.

“We’re excited to partner with Little Dot Studios on this new YouTube Channel that will make the wonder, kindness, and human connection of the series more discoverable and accessible than ever.”

“Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” aired from 1968 through 2001 with 895 episodes across 31 seasons. The show is unavailable in its entirety anywhere, and it’s unclear how many episodes will be added to the new YouTube channel, but viewers can expect to see a rollout in summer 2026.

“Built on the legacy of Fred Rogers, Fred Rogers Productions continues to set the standard for thoughtful, values-driven children’s media,” Ben Arnold, co-managing director of Little Dot Studios U.S., told Deadline.

“As huge fans of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, we’re honored to bring our digital distribution experience to this partnership, building an intentional, audience-first presence on YouTube where these iconic stories can reach the next generation.”
