Resilience should not depend on which school a child attends, said MP Charlene Chen. She proposed a national school mental well-being charter, standardised well-being framework and clear support benchmarks. With structured standards, students receive consistent support regardless of the school they are in, she said in parliament on Monday (Mar 2).
