    Unlike clinical diagnostic tools that measure specific conditions like depression or anxiety, the MHQ is a broad measure of mental functioning. It encompasses 47 indicators across emotional, cognitive, social, and physical domains, including emotional regulation, attention, stress resilience, focus, relationship stability and more. A low score suggests diminished capacity to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
