Registration is now open for National Comp 2026, the workers’ compensation industry’s leading national conference and trade show, set for September 29–30 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

For more than three decades, National Comp has been the workers’ compensation industry’s largest annual gathering for professionals across risk management, injury prevention, and claims—bringing together employers, safety professionals, solution providers, and industry leaders for two days of practical education, peer-driven insight, and meaningful connection.

National Comp Chair Michelle Kerr said the conference is entering 2026 with significant momentum. “The energy and engagement we saw at our most recent conference reached a new level,” said Kerr, “and we’re eager to keep that momentum going. We’re also excited to announce our opening and closing keynotes very soon. This program just gets better every year.”

The conference draws a broad cross-section of industry professionals, with particularly strong representation from the employer community, including C-suite executives, risk managers, workers’ comp and HR directors, and claims specialists, as well as return-to-work coordinators, managed care providers, attorneys, brokers, TPAs, and clinical professionals including nurses and occupational health specialists.

Programming spans claims management, injury prevention, clinical and RTW best practices, pharmacy benefit management, legal and regulatory trends, the application of artificial intelligence in day-to-day workers’ compensation practice, and more.

Sessions are grounded in real-world experience and peer-driven insights from employers and industry leaders, with coverage of innovation, clinical outcomes, leadership, and human-centered care.

Attendees leave with ideas and strategies ready to apply immediately, a sharper read on where the industry is heading, and new perspectives to inform better program and claims decisions. For organizations looking to reduce trial-and-error, stay ahead of industry shifts, and strengthen outcomes through shared knowledge, National Comp delivers direct access to what’s working across industries and sectors.

Networking runs throughout the two days, with professionals from employers, carriers, managed care, and service organizations converging in one place. The expo floor, which features more than 150 national service providers, serves as the hub of that activity. Themed lounges can be found across the expo floor, designed to encourage informal exchange, where attendees can connect over barista-crafted coffee, get a complimentary professional headshot, or take a break with certified therapy animals.

Keynote announcements are expected soon. Early bird registration pricing is available through March 20.
