Living fully means feeling supported in every part of life. JHU’s Well-Being Program highlights benefits and resources to support the quality of life of employees at work and beyond.

In an upcoming webinar called Exploring the Pillars of Well-Being: Strategies for a Balanced Life, you’ll learn about the four categories of well-being—physical, mental and emotional, social, and financial—and discover the ways JHU provides holistic support on your journey to living fully.

Join the Office of Benefits & Worklife and wellness specialist Airel Miller via Zoom from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, to learn how JHU’s well-being benefits can help you create balance and joy in your personal and professional lives. Register in advance here; after registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions about joining the webinar.

Additional information about JHU’s Well-Being Program can be found on the Benefits & Worklife website. Questions? Call 410-516-2000 or email benefits@jhu.edu.
