KUWAIT: Weyay Bank concluded the month of October by sponsoring Pink Day, held at Al Shaheed Park under the theme of breast cancer awareness. As the event’s banking sponsor, Weyay’s participation reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting community initiatives that promote health awareness and encourage a culture of prevention and early detection. This sponsorship aligns with Weyay Bank’s broader social responsibility strategy and its belief that its role extends beyond financial services to supporting initiatives that create a positive impact and raise awareness of important social and health-related issues.

During the event, Weyay highlighted its efforts to empower young people throughout their educational journeys by offering innovative digital banking solutions designed to match their lifestyles and future aspirations. Pink Day featured a variety of games and interactive activities that helped engage participants while reinforcing key awareness messages in an enjoyable and meaningful way. The event also brought together female students from different schools, providing an opportunity to connect, exchange experiences, and participate in a positive and supportive environment. This further encouraged community engagement while highlighting the importance of health awareness and self-care at an early age.

Weyay’s sponsorship of Pink Day reflects its vision of supporting young people through every stage of their journey, not only through innovative digital banking solutions but also through initiatives that contribute to their personal development and well-being. The bank remains committed to playing an active role in the community and contributing to a healthier, more informed, and empowered future generation. As part of its participation, the bank showcased its SELECT Card, a youth-focused banking solution designed to help young customers get more value from their everyday spending. The card offers access to a wide range of exclusive discounts and offers across popular brands, restaurants, and retail outlets, enabling users to maximize their savings while managing their finances more effectively.
