LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – September is National Self Care awareness month, and this week KARK 4 Today will be visiting some of the trendiest places in Little Rock.
Our first stop was Zen Regenerative Wellness. The facility offers a healthly approach that combines modern medical science and lifestyle habits to help the body repair and heal itself.
Nearly $150 million in First Rural Health Transformation Program grants distributed at Arkansas Capitol event
The center focuses on helping people look and feel their best. Their services include hormone therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, peptide treatments, red light therapy, hyper-baric oxygen therapy and hair restoration.
Hearing about it is one thing but if you visit, you’ll see how relaxing and calming it truly is. The owner, Raeann Wilsonm, says after experiencing her own health issues she was inspired to find a way to help others.
“I really struggled with a lot of health problems. So, I decided I really wanted that in research. We spent a year with a chemist and a pharmacist getting dosing right and doing medical grade, IV vitamin infusion and wellness shot therapy. So, it was super important to me to be able to give back to the community. We donate one IV infusion a month to patients ongoing and undergoing cancer treatment,” Wilson said.
Rising health care costs could take a bigger bite out of workers’ paychecks
She says their treatments are based off your health needs. In fact, many people from the community bring their charts from their doctors and physicians so that they can get natural health-based treatments. There’s also plenty of rooms and service provided if you need to just unwind and relax.
