    Back in May Chriss Swaney wrote about the risks rodeo participants face on the job. In June, we published a response we received from the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association.

    Reacting to that response, Tamara Bedic of the National Lawyers Guild had this to say:

    It’s very strange to read PRCA’s June 12th rebuttal to Chriss Swaney article of May 4th 2025.
    Swaney is a lifelong, respected profession journalist, yet you gave a hired public relations man the same amount of space and visibility as if they have remotely equal agendas, education or jobs. Elevating PRCA’s self-advertising doesn’t “making it fair and balanced;” it’s caving to pressure and allowing for profit industries to self advertise via your website. Shame on you.
