For her impactful contributions to mental health care and holistic healing, Wamika Agarwal was recognized at the three-day Health 2.0 Conference.
— Wamika Agarwal, Co-founder and Clinical Psychologist at Sirona’s Healing Centre, was awarded the prestigious “Excellence in Healthcare Award” at the Health 2.0 Conference – Winter Edition, held from December 8–10, 2025, at the InterContinental DFC, Dubai.
The Health 2.0 Conference is a global platform that brings together healthcare leaders, innovators, psychologists, and policymakers to discuss advancements in wellness, mental health, and holistic care. Wamika’s recognition highlights her consistent efforts in advancing trauma-informed, inclusive, and eclectic mental health practices, and her commitment to creating healing spaces that prioritize emotional safety and long-term wellbeing.
With over a decade of experience in clinical psychology, Wamika has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, emotional challenges, and psychological disorders. Trained in clinical, counseling and Indian psychology, her approach is integrative and deeply individualized—acknowledging that no two healing journeys are the same. Through her work, she blends evidence-based therapeutic practices with mindfulness, body awareness, and culturally sensitive healing frameworks.
As the Co-founder of Sirona’s Healing Centre in Pune, Wamika has helped build a sanctuary where health care goes beyond diagnosis and treatment. The centre focuses on holistic healing—supporting individuals in reconnecting with themselves emotionally, mentally, and physically. Under her leadership, Sirona has become known for its compassionate, trustworthy, and non-judgmental approach to treatments of individuals.
Beyond clinical practice, Wamika is an APA affiliate member and actively contributes to mental health awareness at a community level. She collaborates with doctors, educators, and institutions, conducts health camps, and works closely with schools and teachers to promote emotionally supportive and inclusive education environments. Her work reflects a strong belief that quality health care must be accessible, human, and rooted in empathy.
Upon accepting the award, Wamika shared, “This recognition is not just mine—it belongs to every individual who trusted me with their story. Healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and safe, and my purpose has always been to create spaces where that kind of healing is possible.”
The Excellence in Healthcare Award underscores Wamika Agarwal’s role in reshaping how mental health care is perceived and practiced. Her work continues to demonstrate how individualized, trauma-informed, and holistic approaches promote resilience, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable healing across communities.
As mental health conversations gain global importance, professionals like Wamika are leading the way—bridging science with culture, and reminding the world that true healing begins with understanding the whole person.
